Stable Classes

I would like to be the first to say that STABLE class was the best class I have ever been to relating to caring for the neonates. This class should be the hallmark for any nurse that is in nursery, transition or nicu. It is systematically broken down in clear cut information. I could never understand the formula for dopamine it is explained so easily in this guide. Dealing with hypoglycemia, which is a biggie with our little babies it is explained on signs and symptoms and the causes based on what type of neonate you are presented with. I urge anyone who has not taken this class please do so.

I understand that there will be a STABLE class in florida with the annual neonate network conference. This one is specifically for cardiac babies. :-)

I have heard nothing but good things about the STABLE classes myself. Unfortunately, we do not have that option here, and I would be hard pressed to find a class anywhere in driving distance. I would LOVE to take it, though.
