SSN after exam

i will be going to take nclex tomorrow,:typing i want to update my file if possible after my exam , what do you think or on next week? hi i have a question, bec, in my file to the BON, im using my maiden name . iask before here about that, they told me to update my file as soon after my exam, my question is in the letter i put the heading, pls add to my file my ssn, candidate number, and i also attached the form change of name , together with my marriage certificate. my question what name i put below my maiden name or now marrried name. thank you

I would put something like

Current name .................... Maiden name................

SSN................... Case number.................. (if you know it)

Address.............................

Attach relevant forms and copies

thanks do you think i do action after i know the results. they dont have office tomorrow, and monday.i plan to fax it , is it better or mail it?

I would wait until you have your results and then either fax or mail it
