SSN after exam

i will be going to take nclex tomorrow,:typing i want to update my file if possible after my exam , what do you think or on next week? hi i have a question, bec, in my file to the BON, im using my maiden name . iask before here about that, they told me to update my file as soon after my exam, my question is in the letter i put the heading, pls add to my file my ssn, candidate number, and i also attached the form change of name , together with my marriage certificate. my question what name i put below my maiden name or now marrried name. thank you
