2020 Spring SMU ABSN program

I just checked the other forum and at least 2 applicants for the ELMSN FNP program have been accepted. It’s starting! Usually they find out (along with Case Management) and then ABSN is after them. But it’s good news that they’re starting to make their decisions!

Last year, it was 1-6 days after the ELMSN applicants heard back. They trickled them out between a Wednesday and the following Monday. Hopefully it’ll be sooner rather than later. I’m holding out hope for Friday, but you never know!!! ?

Hi all!

I was reading through the ELMSN thread and they had spoken about how they looked at their Admitted Student Portal profile and seen that they were admitted. I had an account already because I took Pharm and Patho through them. I logged in earlier today and it had said that my application was still being reviewed. BUT, I just checked and my status has changed to admitted. Let me know if any of you guys have checked this as well! Exciting times. It is still preemptive but it did offer me a letter of intent so it seems official.

I got into the Sacramento campus!! Congrats to everyone who got in and for everyone who’s still waiting or who is waitlisted... this was my third application. Don’t quit! Your time will come! ?

How do you get to that portal?? And congrats to everyone who got in!! I’m screaming for you!! ?

I went to the SMU website and just typed in Admitted Student Portal and clicked the link! To those that have been accepted is it through the portal or did you receive an email? And if you have applied previously, do you know if the portal is legit confirmation? Don't want to get my hopes up.

Official emails will probably come tomorrow morning or Monday.

I was admitted! So excited!!!

Congrats! This is all through the portal correct? Who is going to San Mateo? I will be commuting from Santa Cruz.
