Honestly I doubt it especially since CA has an up to 48% unemployment rate for new & experienced nurses that are citizens and permanent residents.

California Dream is over, and the nightmare has begun, It has been in economic turmoil for years now, It's liberal voting policy and poor government has kept the economic despair going. California ranks highest in USA for poverty, Poor School system, Massive Illegal Aliens, People leaving the state, Business leaving the state, State Income Tax, and then to couple that with cheap school to become a nurse.
Only need like 1 year education to be a nurse, and 2 years to be Registered Nurse. USA needs to make a RN to be 4 years BSN degree. So with all this coupled with California mistakes in the past they are now paying the price.
Best to get into IT to get a Work Visa in the USA now
