Spelling Troubles

Preparing for my entrance exam I have taken a pre test and did great in every area except spelling. How do I get better at that as spelling is something I should know by now. I`m not to worried about any other topic. Any suggestions?

My book had a spelling review of the most missed words. I glanced at that. I spell terrible BUT I got 100% on that area of the test! Somehow!! lol There are only a couple questions on spelling usually either way. no biggie

I don't recall spelling on the TEAS... hmmm..... Mostly reading comprehension. But I can tell you that I am an excellent speller because I have always read alot...... and I know that alot isn't even technically a word, but I use it anyway! LOL Don't sweat the spelling, but study proper sentence structure and grammar. You'll do fine!
