Speech on NURSING!!!!

Hey guys.... I am doing a persuasive speech on the field of nursing. I am actually doing my prereq's right now for nursing, I have an idea of what I want to say but I would like to hear from you guys. I would like to focus on the demand, job security, and the many different career oppurtunities. What you think??? Thanks in advance!!!!

I would focus on long term career outlook vs demand as it is not all that high at the moment, though another "real" shortage is on the horizon.

The job markets are very regional and demand depends largely on your geographical location. Over the past few months, I've seen lots and lots of threads on this forum adressing your focus points.
