I am a new nurse recruiter and staffing coordinator for an agency. I would like to know exactly what happens in med/surg, tele, icu, er, nicu, picu, l/d, mo/b, onc, and or.... if you can give me any information on these specialties, i would forever thank you!

Yikes. That's too much information in one question. I gather you are a nurse recruiter who isn't a nurse? Lotsa luck.

I've been a nurse most of my life and cant answer the question.......as tweety said.......loads of luck- you are going to need it!!
