Specialized nursing?

Hey nurses , I was wondering if there is a specialized nursing career where you can be closer with both young and old patients and also able to travel internationally with the same specialized career? What is the name ? It can't be ICU no?

    Private duty for a mega-rich hypochondriac?? I seem to recall that Michael Jackson had a private nurse as well as 'that' physician... but we all know how well that turned out.

    What about working on a cruise line?

    The closest thing I can think of that would include ICU skills would be a long-distance air ambulance, but those are just a quick round trip, without any time for sight-seeing or actually even venturing away from the plane.

    In ER, you get experience with the entire lifespan and with some critical care. There are ERs all over the planet, you'll probably need to speak the local language if you want to work in an ER abroad.

    Most ICU's don't mix adults and children.
