Is there another database like pubmed, more for nursing? (to help find info/articles for writing assignments)

I like CINAHL

You can adjust the settings on CINAHL to limit the results to only what can either be viewed as a complete PDF online or what physical resources are available in the local library. This saves me a great deal of headache by both limiting the actual number of search results and me not wading through publications that I wish I could read but don't have access to.
