Someone please help me!!

I am really interested in taking an accelerated LPN program, but I am having a hard time finding any programs online? Am I not looking the right way? Wrong places? I am currently living in Wheeling, WV. I am willing to travel 30-45 minutes a day... no preferences on the class. I need some help-- are there any offered at any colleges in my area from Ohio, West Virignia, or PA? or even hospitals that offer?

Or if there is anything offered around the Sandusky, OH area- I can go home to live with my parents, if need be.

I just need help.

SOMEONE PLEASE THROW ME A LINE!!! ha.

Well, you're not going to find classes online, unless you mean you are just looking for the programs that way...?

LPN programs are typically about 10 months long, so not sure how accelerated you were expecting. At that length, there is quite a bit of clinical time expected, so honestly not sure if you're going to find anything faster.

Hospitals don't offer LPN programs. You can usually find them at trade schools (like BOCES) or sometimes community colleges (although they aren't degree programs). I would think you would do best contacting those schools in your own area and asking. Too wide a net to be asking in this type of a forum, IMO.

Take a look through your local yellow pages and contact a college, ask if they have a nursing program. If they only offer RN programs, then just ask where you could find an LPN program: certainly THEY would know!

Best of luck to you.
