So how do some of you handle the wait?

I'm going CRAZZZZY!!! Everyone in my class passed NCLEX but me, I had 265 questions the first time and failed. Then I heard another person in my class got 265 and passed. So I take the test again and guess what? 265 questions again. I feel better about this test, I felt more prepared, but having to wait several days to get the results is driving me NUTTS! It's pass this time or does anyone have a JB Hunt application? I wonder if McDonalds is hiring. Arrgggghhhhhhh

I know exactly how you feel..I graduated in May 07 and everyone has passed and moved on, except ME!....even ppl who had lower grades than me. I know it is not about grades, you wonder if they can pass, why can't I.....but like you said the wait is long. I have to test again in 45 days. You just have to wait it out...Try and do something relaxing and take you mind of it.

I know how u guys feel, I just took my test 2 hrs ago and I have been trying 2 nap and instead I'm laying in the dark and looking @ allnurses.com on my phone. Not to mention I'm having paplitatuons wondering about my results. It seems as if most of my graduating class has passed even the ones who didn't do that well. I did fairly well and look at me, I'm trying to fight off an anxietuy attack waiting 4 results for my second try (sigh) its def not about grades and we're great examples :(

I know how u guys feel, I just took my test 2 hrs ago and I have been trying 2 nap and instead I'm laying in the dark and looking @ allnurses.com on my phone. Not to mention I'm having paplitatuons wondering about my results. It seems as if most of my graduating class has passed even the ones who didn't do that well. I am taking the nclex exam on saturday. While I am waiting for the results, I will try and lose the weight that I gain while studying for the nclex. I gained about 10lbs since nursing school and gained a few more since studying for the nclex.

I will run, swim, cycle and lift weights till I get my results.

Literally I was a basket case and I thank this website for getting me through the wait. I took my laptop to bed with me and fell asleep reading posts all over the site. My husband already thinks I'm nuts so this didn't phaze him. Needless to say I learned tons. It was an excurciating wait and I alternated between reading posts and house cleaning. I made myself do things to pass the time. I hope you find out soon that you passed!! ;)

I havent been handling the wait very well. I'm not a crier, but the day after the exam (I tested on 03/10) I was unable to get out of bed till like 7pm. I was just sooooooo depressed. I'm still depressed. I got 83 questions, and I'm not sure how to react to that. I mean, do I suck so bad that the computer decided after only 83 questions to just shut off because I'm incompetent? I dunno. Still waiting.......

I think that 83 is a good sign! Keep your head up!

i took the test 3/4..im still waiitng for my result..i stopped at number 75.
