SMC ADN FALL 2021

Hello! I am also waiting, I assume its going to be early April because COVID slows things down.

Just heard from SBCC. Got a big NO. Hoping we hear from SMC soon!

Just got an invite for the NLN PAX!

Hello everyone I also applied to the nursing program at SMC and I also got an invite to take the NLN PAX today. Does anyone have any studying advice for this exam? I have no idea where to even start. I already took the TEAS last month and did pretty well, but from what I’ve heard the NLN PAX is more difficult since it has more subjects like physics which I’ve never taken. 

Hi, I was invited to take the NLN PAX as well. Does anyone know how hard it is and what the rough cutoff is? They only accept 40 students right? So odds are still pretty low I assume.

It’s hard. The nursing school app has practice questions specific to the exam. So far, very different from TEAS.

Does anyone know the average points for this application period? I would like to see where I stand before taking the PAX:(

I think I have about 60 points before the PAX
