Shout out to all the ED techs.........

I just have to say THANK YOU to all the ED techs. I know personally my job would suck without some of our awesome techs. You guys are underpaid, overworked and abused by alot of the nurse's who spend more time looking for you guys to obtain said task than actually doing it. I see of few of my fellow nurse's who are tech dependant and it drives me nuts! Granted, I delegate tasks but the techs know when I ask them to do something I am getting my behind handed to me. And I am the first one who asks them if they need help when I have the extra time.

So, just a little kudos to you guys. I appreciate you!:yeah:

    I work in an Army ED now, so my techs are medics ... and they rock. :) Proactive and smart! They are having fun trying to break me of the habit of doing everything myself, haha.
