Should I take full time or part time?

Hi!

i have been a nurse since 2007 in pediatrics, mostly NICU. But since I have a baby at home, my dream is to work from home.

i am doing my masters in education because I could work as an online RN-BSN instructor, or take students to clinicals ... But that's till next summer.

I applied to a work from home and it's great pay. Hours are so inflexible, but it's at a call center working from home. I picked part time so I can still work at the hospital. But I am debating if I should quit the hospital and do the call center full time?

Anyone here work for a call center? Any advice?
