Should I??

Should I include my waitress job that i was at for 4 months on my resume for a new grad RN position?? I feel as if it is irrelevant and will only serve as "fluff."

    I never include any job that I have worked at less than 2 years, unless it is significant to the job I am applying for.

    If you'd been there for 4 years, I'd say yes, as that shows commitment. I don't think I'd include a job that I had only been at for 4 months.
