Should I retake this class?

I'm currently a Health Sciences student graduating in summer 2016. I'm going into an accelerated BSN program after I graduate. My prereqs are pretty good with the exception of my stats class. I got a C. The rest of my prereqs are A's and B's so I don't really know if it's a big deal or not. What should I do? My GPA is 3.2 and I still have to take Chem 2, Micro, and A+P 2.

If you can afford to do it financially and the nursing program you are applying for is competitive then I would say take it again. But if you feel like you have a good chance at getting in with a C in stats then I wouldn't worry about it.

Good luck!

If it were me, I would take it again. I would also do everything I could to make sure the rest of my classes were A's to bring that GPA up a bit. 2.7 is minimum at a lot of schools, but 3.7 and up is the competitive range (so I was told by several school advisors).

Taking STATS again (ugh I hate STATS! I'm in it right now!) would suck, but it will be easier the second time around.

You should make sure you are even able to retake. Some schools don't allow retakes unless it's a D or F.
