I quit a per diem job a few months ago for a myriad of reasons - didn't get enough shifts, had to do monthly inservices which were a challenge (time-management and travel wise), and so on. I am applying for some per diem work now. What is the consensus on including a per diem job that i worked at for a little over a year if I wasn't, er, my best self about completing things like inservices? Does it look fishy to leave it off altogether? Thanks!
