Those are the best shoes I have ever worn, pretty light and super comfy. My feet do not hurt at all after 12 hours. I used to wear clogs but they just killed my feet.

I love athletic runner's shoes, and I usually add high impact insoles. I go through a pair of shoes about once every 4 months. I can tell when it's time for a new pair because I start to really notice knee, hip, lower back aches regularly.

I love the feel of New Balance sneakers but I haven't been able to make them last long at all. Currently been wearing my first pair of Brooks for the last three months and liking them.

I can't say too much about the splash factors since most of them are mesh style for breathability. I think clogs could be more the way to go. I work in the ER and don't often have problems. On the odd occasion, I have an extra pair of scrubs, socks, old pair of sneakers in my locker for just in case. Usually, if they get dirty, it's a superficial spot. I wipe them down at work and them just throw my shoes in the washer with bleach when I get home.

Leather athletic shoes last the longest and feel the best to moe

These skechers are my favorites. This post reminded me I need to order new ones in black. They are popular with chefs because of the no skid soles. My podiatrist recommends new balance and they make a good shoe, but the skechers are even better because of the sole.

I have found some great shoes at Wide Shoes Store. Loved them. I would definitely recommend them to all of you.

I love alegria shoes and they do not feel like traditional clogs. They have memory foam inserts. However, they are leather but they are soft leather and would not last against someone bleeding all over or dumping a urinal on me.
