Shoes for Crews

I'm transferring to the OR and they purchase shoes for us through Shoes for Crews. I'm torn between two styles and want to see if anyone has tried these. The first are similar to crocs: Froggz Classic II SFC Froggz Classic II - White Non Slip Clogs For Men & Women - Shoes For Crews and the second are like athletic slip-ons: Eastside Eastside - White / Women's - Non Skid Athletic Shoes - Shoes For Crews. Both are slip resistant, water resistant and lightweight.
