Don't lose hope! I didn't have any experience other than clinicals and being a volunteer but not specifically in nicu. I did get NRP certified so maybe that was helpful

Can I ask you guys who got hired..how much they are offering new grads now? I'm curious cause im not from the SD area but hoping to move soon once I get a job! Congratulations that is SO exciting!!

I got an email invite to interview for 4 north ortho/neuro yesterday :). I’m an internal applicant.
