Sharp New Grad Program Summer 2013

So like our predecessors I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for all the new applicants for Sharp's summer 2013 new grad program. I just applied today and can't believe how nervous I am since I hit that submit button!! Good luck to all!!

    I was reading the thread from the last Sharp application/hire cohort and from the looks of it people received interview calls anywhere from 30days to 3 months after the applications closed. It sounds like they set them up hospital by hospital department by department. Their process is completely different than Scripps which does 1 massive interview process and distribution of New Grads. Sharp sets everything up per hospital and department and when start dates begin. I keep trying to tell myself that no news is better than bad news.

    Sharp Memorial Residency did phone interviews last week (60). They are scheduling panel interviews already. My friend got her call yesterday. This is Sharps most competitive program. Chula Vista Residency has not made any calls that I know of. I just followed up on this. So, hold on Chula Vista folks there is still some hope.

    Hey guys. Just had my interview with Grossmont PCU residency. Panel of 3. Holy Moly Scenarios!! Every question was a scenario question so be prepared!
