SFSU Fall 2011 BSN Program

Hey everyone!

I was accepted into the fall 2011 SFSU BSN program and I was wondering if anyone else on this forum has as well. I know there's already a thread for the Spring 2012 start, but I would like to meet those of you who will be my new classmates =). I'm also currently a continuing SFSU student, so please also feel free to ask questions as well. I look forward to meeting all of you!

    I've friends who are in your same class! Congrats big time that you made it! It's a job well-deserved! My friends are very nice. I hope you can meet them somehow and work together for a successful semester.

    I'm actually a wait-listed SFSU nursing applicant, but I'm also a continuing SFSU student. I'm number 4 on the wait list, and I'm still waiting for a sign to be accepted.

    Thanks so much, it took a lot of hard work and praying. Good luck to you! I know you've been through an ordeal waiting (I read some of your other posts on another thread). I think you deserve to be in the program as well. I have a friend who was on the waitlist and got in for fall as well so you never know! Nursing orientation is on Thursday July 28th, so hopefully as soon as that's over you'll get an acceptance call/email =).

    hmm...I'm not sure if they'll give you the no show spot ahead of the other people on the waitlist, but I do think its a good idea to go to orientation. If you attend, then at least you'll have all the information you need when they accept you into the program ;)

    That is the same thing I said, lol. Congrats on getting into the program. I will be starting my second year in August, let me know if you have questions.

    Thanks Reebles. I actually do have some questions for you. I'm pretty concerned about the Dosage calculation test the 5th week of class. I heard that if you don't pass 3 times then you'll get kicked out of the program. Is the test hard? I'm very worried about it =(. Also, how much do the books cost per semester in the program? Thanks in advance for the info =)!
