4510 Section #15220 is open on Blackboard

I have done assignment 1 & 2, have not submitted them yet though, and also completed the self test and got an 85% average after 2 tries...if anyone has questions you can send me a message!

Does anyone know what 3 forms are to be returned before the end of class? I just took the self-test and that was one I missed. I only know about the HIPPA and the confidentiality paper.

I feel very overwhelmed too.

I have been toying with the idea of the self test but I didn't want to bomb and get a 50. So I'm waiting.

I just filled in the paper that was given and submitted. As far as the self test-is it multiple choice? I tried to private message you but I'm unable due to my settings

Save yourself some grief. Get used to indenting and double spacing everything.

There is also a civility form we need to sign and send in.

I also missed this question. I found the civility form on the RN to BSN Knowledge Center under "forms and resources"

I didn't know about the civility form either. For those of you who haven't taken that silly test, don't stress over it!!

Has anyone started on assignment 3? If so, did you put a header?

So I totally bombed the self test!!! I'm not sure how but I did. When people took the test over-was it the same questions? I can't have a fail already....
