To help learn basic dysrhythmias, check out Skill Stat's 6 Second ECG Simulator. A good EKG book is nice to have, too. I personally like ECG Workout by Jane Huff but I have also heard great things about Rapid EKG Interpretation by Dubin.
As for a report sheet, do a search here on AN. There are a lot of users who have posted their brains!
I used this for awhile.
Hope you like this! Lots of people from my unit used a similar version, but found my tweaked version and then used that

HI! I am a new grad nurse on a cardio pulmonary unit looking for a report or "brain" that will be useful. I think I would like one rather detailed, but I'm open to anything anyone will send me.
I'm also have to take a basic dysrhythmia test and looking for a good study guide for that also.
Thanks so much for all your help in advance!
