Depends on reason they are investigating the nursing school. Most common reason nursing program investigated by BON is when school graduates fail to pass NCLEX below BON threshold over 2-3 year period. If this is the reason, you should retain license.
If they are investigating school for fraud: failure to have concurrent didactic and clinical experiences (when required by state BON), insufficent clinical experiences or program hours, falsifying grades or clinical hours, high turnover of educators or those without required credentials (MSN for teaching in BSN program), high number of student complaints how program is being run. Serious issues with program and fraud confirmed, may close program and revoke graduates licenses. Hoping that is not the case for you.
Might need to show any coursework you did, textbooks used, etc so gather info prior to meeting. Hope issue is minor one.
I completed the program in Dec. 2019 then Covid hit I put everything on hold until 2022. Took my NCLEX-pn March 26 unofficial results show I passed. Ideal Professional Institute had me file my papers through NYS. As of today I have not received anything in the mail. I called NYS and was told my file was on hold because of education review. Not sure if I should just apply for endorsement for Florida since that's where the school is located. According to the fbon the school is on probation for more passing scores. Does anybody have any suggestions for my situation.
Can you email me please [email protected] I am having a similar issue and wanted to know the outcome. Thank you

Hello so I was just recently notified that I’m under investigation by my board of nursing regarding the school I went to . The have 33 questions they need to ask me. I don’t know what happened at this school but during the time I went I had no problems. Now the school must be in some kind of trouble. Can I get my license taken away?
