scenario. help needed please

I need to create a scenario of a patient that just had hysterectomy and this patient needs to have nursing problems of

  • rest, comfort and activity (Pain)
  • and, psychosocial

And then, I need to create a plan of care for these two problems.

That is what i mean and please need help on it.

What you need is to spend some time coming up with a scenario and a nursing care plan, not asking site members to do your work for you.

Honestly, you'd have much more luck with receiving help if you'd put at least SOME effort into your homework yourself.

I'm getting confused. I think I wrote those actual words above and it was in response to another member who was asking for help with another scenario for ulcerative colitis. Come to think of it, their names were similar although not the same. I wonder if they are in the same nursing class.

charm4luv. . .I am not stupid. I know students post questions about their assignments here to get my help. What does "I need to create a scenario" mean? Do you literally have to come up with a story and details of a patient who has had a hysterectomy? Why can't you do that? I have no problem helping students with care plans, but really! How hard is it to make up a little story? I can help you create a scenario or come up with nursing diagnoses, but not both because that would be doing the entire assignment. What's your pleasure?
