my nm is like that.

When I was in orientation, she would tell me which days to work, then I would show up that day and everyone would be like you aren't on the schedule, you were on it yesterday. It was like that the whole time.

if it is not related to a physical problem then it is poor organization. My boss is that way too. Her communication skills are horrible - she will misspell impt words, put in the wrong data and expect you to figure out she "meant to say" something else--- Just last week she asked me would I like to attend an event (that occured the previous week - a little late!). I question everything that she does in order to protect myself. Constant vigilence.
