I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the 2008 (blue) and 2009 (orange) version of the Saunders review CD. I guess I'm wondering how different they are, if someone like one more than the others r/t type of questions and rationals? Or if there is no difference between the two.
I would also like to know if anyone has found the 2010 version and if they consider it just as good or better?
Thanks

I used the 2008 edition of the Saunders review book, and I passed NCLEX-RN last week. You don't necessarily need a 2010 edition because nursing content doesn't change rapidly over the course of a year or two. The core content is going to stay the same.
Now, my opinion would be different if you were asking whether you should use a 2002 edition of a review book. I'd tell you to get something newer in that case.

It is important to know the material being tested. Very little nursing content changes from year to year.
