Satisfaction with nursing scale, types of nurses

Hey Ya'll!

I am a graduate student at Illinois State University. I came across this site while I was searching for information for my thesis which is about nursing and emotion. I am honestly so excited that there is a site like this! What an excellent support group!

I'm looking for some kind of scale that measures a nurse's satisfaction with his/her job. If you have any kind of information about that kind of scale (especially a scale) I would LOVE it.

I also need to know what the different types of nurses are, RN, LPN, CNA... and what "order" they go in.
