Right now, you need something fancy. Try one of those resume services. Otherwise, wait a couple years and your resume could be exactly what you wrote. You know that, having such a long career. The thing you may not know is that, for some reason, experience as a LPN does not count. It's wrong, and they know better, but .... I learned the hard way. I guess, the pay difference is so much that they know you will accept the modest increase. You will have a shorter orientation and expectations will be higher, however, for pay, you are a new graduate.

Hi!
Due to these economic times I went and spent the money on having my resume professionally done. I had been working and didn't need an updated resume until I moved and realized how hard it was to find a job.
I was told my resume was excellent. These days when resumes are what is separating your qualifications from another, it is best to have it done.
I paid $80.00 (yikes I know a lot) but I have to say it is VERY nice.
The woman who did it made me realize all of the good things I had done in my career (such as continuing education classes- which we even put on my resume!)
It really appeared as though I looked better on paper. I got the job so the $80.00 was well worth it.
Good luck!

Yeah, I would google. Also, I used Microsoft Word to do mine and they actually had sample RN resumes on their website to view or even use as a template for your own.
