1 Call the nurse recruiters of the hospitals you are interested in.

2. There is a website salaries.com that might be helpful

3. Call the board of nursing in the state where you want to work.

4. Post in the state specific forum and get some input here.

Louisiana-$20.00-25.00(PRN)

Mississippi - poor pay

Tennessee- $19.50

In Washington BSN and ADN are the same pay. I think it is $21.07
