salary help please

I/m an Lpn, just offered a job as a health coach.. need to negotiate salary in 90 days.. have no clue as to range for this position--- any ideas?

It would help to know: What is a health coach? How many years of experience do you have and in what settings? What is the typical salary of an LPN in your area in those settings?
