I/m an Lpn, just offered a job as a health coach.. need to negotiate salary in 90 days.. have no clue as to range for this position--- any ideas?

It would help to know: What is a health coach? How many years of experience do you have and in what settings? What is the typical salary of an LPN in your area in those settings?

the job is similar to case management -- health coach is a name change. any ideas what LPN's are making as case managers?
