Rutgers ABSN Spring 2020

Is anyone else having issues with Rutgers showing their transcripts as received?

Yes, I had that problem and I had to call admissions. I sent some transcripts before I finished the app and they received them, but they were not attached to my application since it was submitted after. So I had to call and ask them to attach them, now all my transcripts show up as received.

There's an ABSN info session this Wednesday at 5:30 pm, I'm sure they will have admissions counselors there to help out as well. I'm going to go, I haven't seen the campus yet.

How long ago did you send your transcripts?

I’m trying to find out about the info session on there website, but cannot seem find anything. Can you share a link?

I sent my transcripts September 1st, except my community college transcript I sent mid August.

The info session you have to sign up for, is it still open?

I called the admissions office today -- they said they had all my transcripts, but because of IT issues they aren't showing up on my end. Same explanation for the "fall" indicator in the status portal.

I did one of their online information sessions a while back, but going to the Wednesday session sounds like a good idea.

Yea I signed up for the next large group info session because the upcoming small group info sessions are all booked. I sent my transcripts in this past Thursday so I’m going to give it another week before I call in and ask. Did you guys apply to both the Newark and New Brunswick campus? Because I did, making Newark my first option, but on my stays screen it only shows New Brunswick application as “in process” and not showing Newark at all. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issues.

I applied to both campuses as well w/Newark as my first option and have the same issue. I just called Admissions and they said that they're having problems with their system and it should be updated by the end of the week.

Could you share the number that you called & which campuses you applied to? I'm trying to make sure my transcripts attach as well since I applied after sending my transcripts in, but they can't locate my transcripts at the New Brunswick admissions office.
