Roy's adaptation model?

Can someone out there break down Roy's adaptation model for me? We have a group project to do applying RAM to a preselected article but no one explained RAM to us at all. I'm feeling a little lost...help!

Thanks! It's not, I'm in the bridge program, we never did it in the LPN program and I've searched thru the RN funds book and I can't find anything. :(
