Roseman ABSN 2022

Published

Hi! I wanted to start a thread since I didn’t see one yet. I just submitted my application last night. I’m from Vegas and hope to get into the Henderson campus. Hoping to meet others who are as anxious and excited as I am right now ?

Hi! I’m glad I found a thread for next year! I applied early August and today I just received my interview invite! I hope you get one too! I’m hoping for the Henderson location.

Ahhh me too! I got the invite today! :’) Good luck! I hope we both get in!! LOL I’ve been frantically going through all the threads for interview insight.

Nice!! Good luck to you too!!

From what I’ve been reading. The interview isn’t that hard! We’re only asked 4/5 questions and it’s only a few staff and current students who sit on the panel!!

I applied on August 28th and just got an email for an interview! Im hoping for the Henderson location.

I've just noticed that they use pass/no pass grading. Do you think it could be a problem if I apply to masters program after this?

My friend applied to a master’s program after Roseman and she didn’t have an issue. She told me it was because Roseman requires passing to be 90% so technically it’s an A. You should still ask the programs you’re interested in to make sure!

Good to know!

Hi everyone!!

Congrats on getting an invite to interview. :) I was wondering if we needed to submit our official transcripts to Roseman directly or is NursingCAS sufficient? I am not sure if I need to send them to Roseman first in order to be considered for an interview? Thank you in advance!

I submitted mine directly to Roseman. During the informational zoom meeting I went to a few weeks ago, from what I remember I think  they said that you don’t have to submit your official until you are offered a spot. They just go off of what you put in your application and whatever unofficial transcripts you sent on your Roseman webpage.

Thank you for taking the time to answer, that was really helpful.

Has everyone also met with an advisor prior to submitting your application?

I met with one. She was very helpful and helped me determine how many points I had and my GPA
