Rocephin HELP!!

I have an order for rocephon 1gram IM TO be constituted.with 1.2 ml Lidocaine, is this too little, will it be too thick to pull up in syringe. And should my total constituted mediication still be 1.2 ml. HELP!!!🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇
