I would like a job in care management,,,lost my job for a contract, it was not fair,,please advise.

I'm not a U.S. nurse which might explain why I can't figure out exactly what it is you're asking about. That may well just be me due to language/cultural reasons and perhaps it's obvious to the majority of nurses reading this.

I'm wondering if you mean care management like an umbrella term for things like case management and care coordination? Or do you mean healthcare management like a leadership role or handling administrative tasks in a hospital/facility?

Since I don't live or work in the U.S. I'm not the best person to advise you on how to help your chances of getting the position you want. However, the advice that I can give is that I think that you'll get much more helpful replies if you provide more background/details. What education do you have and what kind of nursing experience and for how long etc.

Look at it this way; in order for answers/advice to be of any use to you, I assume you need those answers to be more than one line of text? The corollary here is that other posters need to know more about your unique situation in order to offer any meaningful help.

Best wishes!

I am a US nurse and I have no idea what it is the poster is seeking advice for. That said my best advice would be to start looking for another job.

I am a Registered Nurse with an associates in Nursing and Bachelor in Health Services. I prefer care manager position.

Specializes in NICU, ICU, PICU, Academia.

Where have you looked or applied? What is your clinical background?
