I am an international graduate RN and looking for RN refresher course in bay area,california. if anyone could plz tell me where can i take this course and which college would like to accept me? how long is the course and how much fees they take?

You do it at home and find a local hospital to precept you for the clinical component. I would be waiting two years for a local opening in a Las Vegas College.
