Hello,

my i suggest you check the sticky from Suzanne at the beginning of this forum. her review seems to be helping many pass. ensure that you follow it as she states. this is the one i know about. just open the NCLEX forum and look for suzanne and seewhat she recommends. hope this helps.

I thought the NCLEX was harder than the HESI.

There is a sticky post at the top of this forum called first step in my study guide, it outlines what you need to do to take Suzanne's prep.

My school paid for ERI, thought it was horrible they just read to us and offered us no good ideas or helpful hints for the NCLEX. Then I took Hurst because my employer paid for it and I love it and I feel probably has prepared me more for NCLEX than anything else.

Suzanne (on this site) has a review class she offers with the Saunders CD and book, but you have to have at least 6+ weeks to prepare for the NCLEX and I don't anymore.....I take it in

I have no idea if HESI is harder than the NCLEX, I've heard it goes both ways.

Hurst is designed with NCLEX in mind. They emphasize knowing important content and passing the test without the expectation of getting a 100%. I had the Saunders comprehensive book and it's like drinking from a firehose.

The Hurst philosophy is to teach basic content so you can successfully answer more generalized questions. They also teach some strategies and NCLEX test taking tricks. Hurst also adds some entertainment to keep you interested. They recommend only using their 180 or so page study manual. I don't know how expensive it is as the employer paid for it. The employer started using them in the Fall and was pleased to have a 100% pass rate.

Saunders Comprehesive Review and Kaplan Online Course Helped me tremendously!
