What is the procedure for getting a license after you graduate.? I live in PA Do they have you do a background check? I know I had to do a background check for clinical but do they make you do another one for licensure and do you have to pay for it?

Not all states require fingerprinting for licensure. Check with your Board of Nursing to see what they require. Looking over the PA application, I don't see any requirement to submit fingerprints. Just application, fee, and NCLEX. If you're in school in PA, you don't even need to submit a transcript.
