RN to BSN program with no ACEN

Hi I am interested in a RN to BSN program. I was very interested in UL (Louisiana) because they are inexpensive and helpful when I called them. They told me that I wouldn't be able to apply because the school I received my RN from wasn't ACEN accredited. I need help understanding this accreditation and I need to know of any affordable RN to BSN school that accept non ACEN accredited schools.

You went to an unaccredited program so basically your credits from that school are worthless. I'm sorry. That's why you need to thoroughly research the school you plan to attend. They may make you start over.
