RN-BSN application

I am going into my last semester of ADN-RN program. I am just wondering if I should apply for RN-BSN in the my last semester or wait until I graduate, pass NCLEX, have the license to apply to RN-BSN.

Which RN-BSN in Texas would you recommend?

I applied after because they want your license number, but you can actually do everything but the license number and jump right in. I am waiting 3 months till I start so I can focus on my new grad orientation which is pretty intensive.

Good luck!

I only have my BSN, but the way I understand it you have to BE an RN to do an RN-BSN. Otherwise it really doesn't make much sense. However check to make sure with the program you want to attend.

Apply during your winter break. Good luck, I will be applying next week for the RN-BSN program. That is what the college I am applying to said to do. This is my last semester of my nursing program. We will start our RN-BSN program in August when we graduate in May. We also have until November to obtain our nursing license. Best bet is to contact the school you are interested in applying to.
