Can you use the Saunders RN book to study for the PN? I have the second ed. of the saunders PN and the 3rd ed. of the RN. I have finished the PN book and need some new harder questions.
Thanks

From what I have seen, Saunders PN and RN look very similar, have the same information, but the questions seem to be different. I think you should concentrate more on PN (personally). RNs operate from a different thought process and there are delegation questions that may confuse you. I just spoke to an RN today that told me years ago, she had taken the RN test first, then, for some reason, took the LPN test as well and actually failed the PN because she was trained to think differently. If you want harder questions, try Kaplan.
