RN with board orders

Can a nurse join tpapn even tho nurse is not in recovery, and already signed and agreed to board orders?

    TPAPN has specific requirements for participation. There are 3 Tracks that I can recall. Drug/alcohol, mental illness (there are some exclusions), and EEP is what I think it’s called (non addicts that popped a positive drug screen).   Once you have a Board order I don’t see how you can change to TPAPN unless ordered by the Board.  FYI, I’ve seen where some Board orders are easier than TPAPN. If you want to elaborate a bit maybe someone can answer you better.
