Reverse wage discrimination

Help! I am a pediatric home care nurse. I have had the same patient for 6 years and have never gotten a raise. The administrator is a black man. He does the hiring and decides on the wages for each employee. When I found out that a new black male nurse with NO experience was hired on to work with my patient....and at $2-3 more per hour, I started asking questions. My office denied it and refuses to increase my pay. I now have been told by other office staff members that the majority of non-white nurse, especially males, make more money than the white nurses. The DON herself, recently resigned as DON and is now working as a staff nurse, stated she is aware of the practice. I have contacted the EEOC and I know I have a case. I am afraid to file a complaint. Do you think I should speak directly to the owner of the staffing agency first. Does anyone know if a case can be filed anonymously? This makes me sick. Any advice would be appreciated.:angryfire

Sorry, but the function of Allnurses is not to offer such legal advice. Good luck.
