retaking nclex-rn

I just spoke to a friend of mine and she said i can take retake nclex 3 times without having to pay.....(i took it first time and failed)....is this true?...i checked BON but i don't seem to find anything related to not paying to retake.....or should i call BON????

oh i forgot to mention.....i got my results through quick result....i did not receive anything in the mail yet.....i don't know what to expect since it was my first time with nclex

Sorry, but your friend is completely wrong.

The exam needs to be paid for again with Pearson-Vue as well as fees to the state where you are wishing to get licensed.

That is why there is nothing on the BON website about this because what she told you does not exist.

Same way that we hear that the ATT can be used more than one time as long as it is in the period before it expires. This is also not true as it can only be used one time and then it is gone.

You will receive a packet from your state if you did not pass including what to do to register again. Just wait for it.

Noticed that you mentioned someplace about using my program. One of my requirements is that you wait at least a week before starting to prepare again, not sure if you have done that.
