retake will be harder?

my brother told me that the board keeps a record of everything i got from my previous test. he told me that the questions i got will never appear again and the exam will have harder questions since i already have an idea about the exam and it's expecting me that i'm more prepared or something. is it true?

i'm reviewing everything again while i wait for the official snail mail result with the reapplication form. failing twice is pure torture and now it is possible for them to give me a harder time.....

The questions are changed every 45 days which is why you have to wait before you can sit again. You may get similar questions but generally they are a new set. The exam is not harder because the nature of CAT means it is all dependent on how you answer a question. I do suggest when studying you study as if you haven't sat the exam before.
