Resume and Title

I'm making changes to my resume since I got my license number. On my resume, is it appropriate to just put Rumwynnie, R. N., or do I need to put the whole thing? If it's the latter, is it Rumwynnie, R. N., B. S. N. or Rumwynnie, B. S. N., R. N? I found the thread from a few years ago to just put RN when signing charts, but what about resumes?

It's your choice, but you are certainly welcome to put your name with your full credentials on top of your resume'. The standard sequence for listing credentials, as I'm sure you saw on the other thread(s), is (degree) followed by (licensure) followed by (any certifications). So, Nancy Nurse, BSN, RN, CCRN. Lots of people in nursing still insist on putting license first and then degree, and seem to feel it's some sort of badge of honor that they refuse to do it the way the rest of the academic world does it (go figure), but, IMO, that just makes us look dumb to everyone else.
