Resume thoughts

Anyone have any great suggestions on resume guides/books/on line templetes?

Anyone have thoughts about using a service vs. doing it yourself?

I'd like to put one together general enough to use for "anything" (these are desperate times :)) but particularly seeking

Psych/addictiion nursing type jobs.

Thanks for the help.

i would imagine that your resume will need modification depending on the job, so expecting to have just one may not be possible. I would say ditch the objectives part at the beginning and just have a short list of why you should be hired versus the other candidates. Using a service is probably a waste of money, you can make your own just fine. You say these are desperate times, so i would try to customize each resume specifically towards the job you are applying to rather than making it general.

Nebrgirl this is for you...

enjoy.. Anthony

Hey i would go down to your Career Center they will help you write one and word it. Mostly be honest on them. Be direct on it for the job you want. Enjoy the you tube .. I do wish you luck.. Anthony
