Could You all critique this and tell me what you think :

Dear HR rep, NM, DON,

Thank You for taking the time to review my resume. I am searching for a professional organization to call home. I need a place where I can expand my knowledge and skills and mature and develop as a professional nurse. I have researched your hospital's philosophy of care and core values and find them consistent with my own philosophy and values.

I'd like the opportunity to learn more about your hospital as a potential professional home.

This is pretty generic, but I couldn't think of anything elses to say.

I really just want to say: "You need a Nurse. I'm a good Nurse and I need a JOB." Is there an elegant way to say that?

Just a few tweaks:

I have researched your hospital's philosophy of care and core values and find them consistent with my own philosophy and values.

Your hospital seems like the perfect place in which I can build upon my knowledge and skills and develop as a professional nurse.

I look forward to learning more about the position and my potential contributions.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Excellent! Thank you!

I'm applying for a job as a school nurse in a primary school (in an international school in the Gulf, Middle East). I'm re-writing my CV for this position. Are there online examples of resumes for school nurse jobs? Any advice? I'm 41, care for my 3-year-old daughter, don't have much nursing experience (nursing home for a year and orphanage nurse helper for 3 years), and I'm a nurse educated in Asia so English is a second language for me.
